Participation Terms — “Your Shot to Win”

Hereinafter referred to as “REGARDS” or the “Organiser.”

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins when the corresponding post is published on the Instagram account @regards_studio on 3 November 2026.

Entries close on 13 November 2026 at 20:00 CET. Comments submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who:

• Are at least 18 years old;

• Have their permanent residence and a valid delivery address in a member state of the European Union; and

• Have a valid Instagram account.

Eligible countries are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the giveaway are excluded.

Automated entries, competition accounts, entries made through giveaway services and entries involving manipulation or false information may be excluded.

4. How to participate

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must complete both of the following actions during the giveaway period:

1. Follow @regards_studio on Instagram; and

2. Comment under the official giveaway post and tag two real personal Instagram accounts belonging to people for whom they would make the first espresso.

Participants should only tag people they know and who would reasonably expect to be tagged. Brand, celebrity, spam and inactive accounts do not qualify.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments or tags do not increase the chance of winning.

The participant must still meet the eligibility requirements when the winner is verified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one prize bundle consisting of:

• One La Marzocco Linea Micra espresso machine in Light Blue; and

• One REGARDS Espresso set consisting of: One Tee and one Longsleeve free of choice in Espresso. 

The combined recommended retail value of both prizes is approximately €3700€, including VAT.

The prize is awarded only as described. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Garment sizes are subject to the options expressly stated above.

Delivery to one valid address within the eligible territory is included. Accessories, coffee grinder, installation, water-treatment equipment and other items not expressly listed are not included.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes.

The winner is scheduled to be announced in an Instagram Story on @regards_studio on 15 November 2026 and will also receive a direct message from @regards_studio.

The winner must respond within 48 hours and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the selected person:

• Does not respond within 48 hours;

• Cannot demonstrate eligibility;

• Has not fulfilled the entry requirements;

• Provides incorrect delivery information; or

• Declines the prize,

the Organiser may select a replacement winner at random.

The Organiser will never request payment, card information or banking details in connection with the prize.

7. Delivery

The Organiser will contact the verified winner to arrange delivery. The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any reasonably required contact information.

The anticipated delivery date will be communicated after verification. Delays outside the Organiser’s reasonable control do not entitle the winner to a cash payment or replacement.

The winner should inspect the shipment upon delivery and promptly report any transport damage.

8. Data protection

For the purpose of administering the giveaway, the Organiser processes information including the participant’s Instagram username, comment and tagged accounts. For the selected winner, the Organiser may additionally process their full name, age or age confirmation, address, email address and telephone number.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to administer participation and award the prize.

Winner information will only be shared with delivery providers, fulfilment partners or suppliers where necessary to deliver the prize. Information will not be used for email marketing unless separate, voluntary consent has been obtained.

Giveaway information will be deleted when it is no longer required for administration, delivery, legal claims or statutory retention obligations.

Participants have applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and complaint to a data-protection authority. Requests may be sent to info@regards-from.eu

9. Instagram and Meta disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organiser, not to Instagram or Meta, and release Instagram and Meta from claims arising directly from the administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Instagram’s own terms and community rules continue to apply.

10. La Marzocco disclaimer

La Marzocco is not the organiser, sponsor or administrator of this giveaway and is not associated with it unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

“La Marzocco” and “Linea Micra” are used solely to identify the prize. All corresponding trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Exclusion and cancellation

The Organiser may exclude entries involving manipulation, fraud, automated participation, false information, harassment or violations of these terms or Instagram’s rules.

The Organiser may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway where its proper administration becomes impossible due to technical failure, fraud, force majeure or legal requirements. Any modification will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and communicated transparently.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Organiser’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value.

12. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product-liability rights.

German law applies, without depriving participants residing elsewhere in the European Union of mandatory consumer protections available in their country of residence.

Legal claims and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Acceptance

By participating, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and accept these participation terms.
